Breaking: Rohr Releases Super Eagles Final World Cup List, Drops Two Players

The Coach of the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr, has released the final 23-man squad that will prosecute Nigeria’s battle at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
The list was released on Sunday morning.
Rohr dropped Ola Aina and Mikel Agu from his provisional 25-man squad that battled the Three Lions of England on Saturday.
The Eagles lost the match 1-2 at Wembley Stadium.
The final team is made up of three goalkeepers, eight defenders, six midfielders and six forwards.
The Super Eagles are set to take on Croatia, Iceland and Argentina in Group D of the tournament.

Goalkeepers: Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Daniel Akpeyi, Francis Uzoho
Defenders: William Ekong, Leon Balogun, Kenneth Emeruo, Bryan Idowu, Chigozie Awaziem, Abdullahi Shehu, Elderson Echiejile, Tyronne Ebuehi
Midfielders: Mikel John Obi, Ogenyi Onazi, John Ogu, Wilfred Ndidi, Oghenekaro Etebo, Joel Obi
Forwards: Odion Ighalo, Ahmed Musa, Victor Moses, Alex Iwobi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Simeon Nwankwo.

BREAKING: 37 Reps Members Dump APC

Thirty seven members of the House of Representatives formerly in the fold of the All Progressive Congress (APC), has dumped the party and moved to the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) and African Democratic Congress (ADC) The Representatives in a letter to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara officially announced their defection during plenary on Tuesday. Top on the list of the defectors is the Chairman Committee on Rules and Business Rep. Emmanuel Orker-Jev (Benue). Of the 37 defectors, 33 went to the PDP while four others from Oyo state moved to ADC. Other prominent members who dumped the APC include: Sani Rano, Barry Mpigi, Ali madaki, Dickson Tackighir, Hassan Saleh, Danburam Nuhu, Mark Gbilah, Razak Atunwa, Ahmed Garba Bichi, Abdulsamad Dasuk and Zakari Mohammed.
