Police uncover Badoo oath taking shrine in Ogun

The Lagos State Police Command, on Tuesday, uncovered a shrine at Ayegbami quarters, Imosan in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun, where suspected badoo cult members take oath before going on operations.
The shrine was discovered in an operation carried out by the command, SARS and the Lagos State task force officers, following an arrest of some suspected badoo cult members.
The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Edgal Imohimi, who led the operation, said the kingpin of the notorious cult group was arrested while trying to escape through the waterways.
“All other suspects are in custody and in a confessional statement, one of the suspects described this shrine as the place where the suspects come before going on operation. “This is the piece of stone which they use and according to the suspect, there is no operation which they go for without first coming here to take oath.
“The owner of the shrine will immediately be placed on arrest and the shrine will be destroyed,” he said.
The owner of the shrine, one Fatai Adebayo, 34, however, admitted owning the shrine but described the piece of stone discovered there as a grinding pepper.
Adebayo’s mother, one Toyin Ogunyemi, who was also at the scene, said her son was not involved in any ritual killing but only prescribed traditional healing drugs.
His Royal Highness, the Olumosan, Chief Tajudeen Adekunle Muili, also condemned the discovery and ordered that the shrine be destroyed.

What happened to the Jada Federal Government communication project awarded by Obasanjo under his supervision which N4.5b went into a failed project? *Abuse of Office*  5. Atiku boasted that he was smart enough to set up Intels whilst he was a Customs Officer. Intels handles customs logistics and container services within the same Ports. Atiku used govt office as ‘w...

Learn to ignore and overlook many things if you truly want happiness in life  because the easiest way to a miserable life is to think that everybody is talking about you. Never allow anyone to steal your joy from you. What people say behind your back is none of your business as long as you are true to yourself. Never worry yourself about that. Sometimes minding your own business does not keep people out of your business. No matter your situation in life people will always talk. You can never stop people from talking about you, what you can do is to stop giving them what to talk about. There is a time limit for every rumour in life. Never allow freelance broadcasters to put your life on hold. Do what makes you happy. Anyone who cannot feel your pain, has no right to judge you in life. Seventy percent of those who talk bad about you behind your back, wish to be like you. When people can't be like you they try to bring you down and condemn what you have. Those without mo...
