I rejected the offer from some of our party leaders until i was finally persuaded by former President Goodluck Jonathan to return PDP and to help build the party ahead of 2019 elections, Goodluck also assured me in one of our meetings, that the leadership of the Party has resolved to endorse and support me as PDP 2019 Presidential candidate, "unoppose" since it was zone to the North.

I accepted the request due to the respect i have for Former President Goodluck Jonathan and my Love for Nigeria

But i am surprise over what's happening in PDP today, a Governor is now in total control of the entire structure of the party.

PDP is under the control of a small boy and he does what he likes without respect for the founding fathers of the party.
